Those who have been with us for a while as well as those who have recently registered.
For Longer Standing Members
Those with a purchase history covering June - September 2025 will receive a rebate credited to your nominated Dealer account, based on exceeding your Ford Genuine and Motorcraft Parts purchase total (exc VAT) over the equivalent period in 2026.
For Newer Members
Without a purchase history covering June - September 2025, you can earn a rebate credited to your nominated Dealer account based on meeting a minimum purchase threshold on Ford Genuine and Motorcraft Parts (exc VAT) between 1 June - 30 September 2026.

Audit and Verification:
Ford can audit data. Incorrect reporting may result in disqualification from rebates - please ensure your preferred Trade Club Dealer holds accurate customer information for you, eg: VAT number, contact details, physical address, etc.
Program Changes:
Ford Motor Company reserves the right to modify, amend, cancel or revoke, in whole or part, the program at any time and without prior notice.
Ford Motor Company also reserves the right to audit final program results and disqualify dealerships if data integrity or program reporting is found to be substantially inaccurate.
Furthermore, should Ford Motor Company determine that an enrolled Ford Dealer and/or eligible employee or customer has engaged in fraud and/or intentional misrepresentation, Ford Motor Company will reduce the pay-outs accordingly and may terminate enrolment in future incentive programs.
Final Decision:
The decision of Ford Management regarding rebates is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
